Le Verger charming cottage faces a large enclosed courtyard on one side and a charming orchard of fruit trees on the other.
Its huge, columned living room is ideal for large gatherings, with space for up to 24 diners. The cottage has a large kitchen separate from the living room and is fully equipped to accommodate 24 people.
Three beautiful bedrooms – 2 overlooking the orchard and 1 overlooking the courtyard – are located in the main building and a separate bedroom is accessible from the courtyard. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom.
The main building is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and one bedroom and its bathroom meet disabled access standards.
Finally, Le Verger is equipped with a hot/cold air conditioning system.
On the courtyard side, Le Verger overlooks a large round fountain. Fitted out with garden tables and chairs, this courtyard is private to Le Verger. Facing west, it is ideal for relaxing at the end of the day, listening to the water trickle down.
Warning: Although shallow and surrounded by a 45 cm high wall, the fountain may present a risk for young children left unsupervised.
Le Verger has private car access via the large courtyard, which also serves as a car park (capacity 25 cars).
